All of our coatings are powder coatings, meaning they are applied by an electrostatic process, then baked at 400 °F to cure into the finish coat. The first coat, after sandblasting and phosphate, is an epoxy primer. This is applied and baked to cure; then the topcoat, a polyester, is applied and baked to cure. Two separate coats. Two separate cure cycles in the 400 °F oven.

All of our finish coatings are warranted for two years against paint failure. This does not cover chips and scratches. This is a Powder Coat Tuff warranty. This warranty is f.o.b. the Portland manufacturing location.

Our color chart and samples represent as close of example to the finish coat as we can get. Final coat may vary 10% plus or minus.
